Phase 3 ACM Testing

To move forward with the upcoming renovations, Saint Nicholas Revitalization Partners (SNRP) must complete Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) testing in Phase 3 apartments. This is a required safety step for SNRP to file Phase 3 renovation work asbestos abatement permits and ensure homes are fully prepared for the next phase of construction.
