WHO WE ARE

Saint Nicholas Revitalization Partners (SNRP) is the team selected by NYCHA to complete the Comprehensive Modernization (Comp Mod) renovations at Saint Nicholas Houses. SNRP is comprised of design, resident engagement, relocation, and construction specialists. At SNRP, we believe in the power of transforming lives through thoughtful design and high-quality construction.

SNRP offers NYCHA and its residents a team with a demonstrated track record of successfully designing, constructing, and rehabilitating residential properties. The SNRP team consists of experts with knowledge of government procurement, MWBE and Section 3 hiring, NYCHA and local agency requirements, best practices in occupied rehabilitation projects, and a commitment to robust resident engagement and protection, cost controls, and site safety.

Together, the SNRP team is working with NYCHA and the residents of St. Nicholas Houses to renovate and modernize the property for generations to come.
